1. App license
OtterFile helps you manage, view and process files you are authorized to access. For the App Store version's license, see the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If the App Store listing provides a custom license, the agreement identified there applies. This page does not replace the applicable app license or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Files and third-party services
Use only files, accounts and servers you own or are authorized to use, and follow the relevant service rules. You retain your rights in your files; using OtterFile does not itself grant the operator rights to advertise with, publicly distribute or sell them.
Cloud drives, servers and external websites are operated by their providers. Permissions, access limits, availability and policies can affect their features. A working feature or successful sign-in does not guarantee third-party production approval, every format's support or uninterrupted availability.
Keep independent backups of important files. Check targets and notices before deleting, overwriting, moving, converting, sharing or transferring. Previews and conversions may differ from the original software. App locks are access controls, not independent per-file encryption. Untrusted HTML may contact the network, and local-network HTTP transfer should be opened only on a trusted network. Data handling is described in the OtterFile Privacy Policy.
3. OtterFile Pro
Pro features, prices, billing periods and renewal terms are those shown on the purchase screen and Apple's confirmation. Apple handles payments; RevenueCat is used for entitlement verification. This page does not promise new prices, lifetime entitlements or permanently free services.
Use Apple's channels to manage or cancel a subscription or request a refund. Eligibility and outcomes follow the applicable rules and Apple's processing. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Applicable consumer-law rights remain unaffected.
4. Support and updates
Contact support@mosodive.com for support or privacy questions. Send only necessary, redacted details; do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens or unrelated private files. Unless separately promised, this page does not guarantee a fixed response time.
Features, compatibility and service information may change with versions. Material terms changes will update the effective date with appropriate notice. Changes requiring renewed agreement will not rely solely on a silent page update. Privacy policies, third-party terms and open-source licenses each apply to their respective matters.
